Feels Like More Than Just a Clinic—It Feels Like a Family

My son Rayan (Ronnie) had his first appointment with Dr. Keifer last week and I cannot say enough good things about this incredible practice. The entire staff was highly skilled, respectful, and friendly. From the moment we walked in, it didn’t feel like our first visit to this orthodontist’s office.

They have a wonderful setup for kids, including a book library, a coloring station, and a large blackboard. In short, they provide everything children could want to feel comfortable and entertained.

One of the staff members, whose name I believe is Kristen (she happens to be the sister of my son’s teacher), took Ronnie’s photos. She was so caring, kind, and friendly that I was genuinely impressed by her warm behavior.

Dr. Keifer explained everything in a professional yet easy-to-understand manner and patiently answered all my questions. This practice truly feels like more than just a clinic—it feels like a family.

I am so happy and relieved that I chose them over other orthodontists, and I highly recommend them to everyone. I usually don’t write reviews, but their exceptional service compelled me to share my experience.
